This site is operated by JEM Systems referred to “JEM” “we” “us” “our” herein 

Site Policy

1.      All prices quoted through out JEM Systems Web Site are in  Barbadian currency (approx. conversion rate 2BDS =1US);

2.      Prices are subject to change without notice;

3.      The illustrated systems picture on this site may differ from the actual systems, the illustration is to give a general idea of the system;

4.      Some of the links found on this site will allow you to leave this site, we have no control over the material found on this site, and therefore JEM accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage or loss cause or alleged to be cause by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such site or resource;

5.      Price quoted on computer systems does not includes the price of the operating system or other software unless so stated.

 Service Policy

1.       All systems left in the care of JEM must be collected with in 30 days from date deposit date. If  not collected JEM reserves the right to used such equipment to recover fends used in carrying out repairs to that peace of equipment;

2.      JEM system will dispose of all faulty parts and equipment which remains after repairs or upgrades are carry out.  (Unless other arrangements are made between both parties before on collection for repairs).

3.       JEM Systems may use qualified subcontractors under our supervision for any or all repairs or services.

Web Services Policy

1.      JEM Systems reserves the right not to accept projects that promote racism, pornography, or anything that we may view is of objectionable contents.

2.      Websites design or created (or both) by JEM Systems will have the statement "Website design or created (or both) by JEM Systems" placed at the bottom of at least the home page (unless other arrangements are made between both parties at the beginning of project).

3.      JEM Systems reserves the right to include in our portfolio any projects created, design or developed by us.

4.      Text content will be provided by client as final drafts ready for publication. Graphic content, e.g. logos, will be provided by client in an orderly manner and clearly labelled as to desire use on site. (unless other arrangements are made between both parties at the beginning of project)

5.      All materials supplied by the client to JEM Systems for web services must be, either owned by the client or given copyright permission for publication. JEM Systems is not responsible for copyright infringements found on these materials.

6.      JEM Systems will maintain the confidentiality of client’s source materials, technical and marketing plans and all other sensitive information.

7.      Upon full payment of all invoices due, copyright to page designs produced by JEM Systems for client shall belong to client. Secondary materials created by JEM Systems during production, including drafts, plans, graphic source files, and templates, remain the sole property of JEM Systems unless other arrangements are made.

8.       JEM Systems may use qualified subcontractors under our supervision for any or all work on projects.

9.      All materials supplied by the client to JEM Systems for web services must be, either owned by the client or given copyright permission for publication. JEM Systems is not responsible for copyright infringements found on these materials

10.   JEM Systems will suggest or set up web hosting for client with a professional hosting company known to be reliable. However, JEM Systems makes no guarantees as to a problem free service, nor shall JEM Systems be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from possible lapses in hosting services. Such possible damages include any lost profits or business interruption or loss of digital data.
